Appointment Setter
EMT Solar & Roofing is seeking to hire Appointment Setters that are looking to be part of a growing master elite solar company in Cherry Hill, NJ.
Experience in appointment setting & customer service is a plus. We are looking for someone experienced in the solar or call center industry but not required. We absolutely need someone who is self-motivated and is open to learning the ropes of our processes and taking the Company to the next level..
Must be willing to work in-person at our Call Center office in Cherry Hill, NJ.
There is NO opportunity to work remotely.
Shift Hours Are: Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 5:00PM
Weekly Pay Up To $15/hr. + $10/appointment set.
In-Home Sales Rep
Earn up to 200K per year without having to knock a door for every sale.
Our dynamic team is growing, and we are looking to onboard Professional In-Home Sales Representatives.
As an In-Home Sales Rep, you’ll be assigned appointments where your mission will be to represent EMT Solar and Roofing. As the front line to all business, we know and understand the value of a sale, and of a salesman. Being on our team means that you will be at the forefront of acquiring customers who will truly benefit from saving money and changing the way solar companies go to market. Working with us means building a career where you’re constantly supported to grow and develop your skills while enjoying competitive pay and more.
What you’ll do as an In-Home Sales Representative:
• Capable of working well under pressure and meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience
• Manage accounts from an initial consultation to installation
• Participate in continuous training opportunities
• Gather referrals from clients
• Maintain sales process and communication through CRM
• Analyze site, electricity usage, customer needs, and develop a rapport to close the sale.
• Effectively communicate and maintain client relationships.
• Participate in weekly sales calls, monthly sales meetings, and training as required.
What you’ll bring:
• 3+ years of work experience in Solar In-Home Sales.
• Must be able to self-generate leads.
• Be willing to travel to the clients homes.
• Be able to analyze and be technically sound with numbers and technology.
• Be computer proficient (+CRM tool experience preferred).
• Have access to reliable transportation.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
